"OMG! What can I say about Marilyn Poor? My family and I have been working with her for years and we just think she's awesome! She is a valuable asset to Ky Dickerson's office as well as State Farm as a whole. She always takes time to explain things in detail even when I ask the same question more than once. Marilyn always looks out to help us get the discounts we need and deserve and she follows up with us to see if we have questions. I truly appreciate having such great service this day and time; of course she has always been great and works so hard to make our insurance experience pleasurable instead of just another bill we have to pay each month. She is so professional, detailed, personable and a overall fantastic employee and human. "I’ve always had great experiences with everyone here when I call, but I wanted to point out how helpful Christina was today! I called to make an insurance payment, and Christina went above and beyond! She told me many discounts I’m eligible for, and even went to the lengths to explain in detail what steps I need to take and how much exactly I’d be saving with the discounts applied!
