I have been working in the insurance and financial services industry for over 30 years. A native of Jacksonville, FL, I graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations and a Master of Arts in Mass Communication. I joined State Farm in 1993 and have experience working as a homeowner adjuster, claims adjuster and later joined the leadership team as a Team Manager in Claims. I have the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and Associate in Claims (AIC) designations.
